Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Absolutely. Every new Pro account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. If you decide not to continue, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you exceed Free tier limits after downgrading, existing trips and documents remain accessible in read-only mode until you upgrade again or archive older trips.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact our team or switch to annual billing in your account settings.
How does team billing work?
The Team plan is a flat monthly fee that covers up to 5 team members. Additional seats are $5/month each. Volume discounts are available for larger teams — reach out to our sales team.
